1. Who we are

Axe Throwing Tenerife operates an indoor entertainment venue offering axe throwing, darts and related activities at Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta 22, Zentral Center, Playa Las Américas, 38650 Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

2. Our services

These Terms apply to all bookings, gift vouchers and activities sold through our website or on site. Activity descriptions, durations and capacities are shown on the relevant pages.

3. Bookings and prices

Bookings can be made online or on site, subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes (IGIC). We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming your booking.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

You may reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time; cancellations after that, late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. (Please adjust to your actual policy.)

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

6. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase, are single-use and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Safety, age and conduct

For safety reasons, participants must follow our staff instructions and the venue safety rules at all times, and may be required to sign a liability waiver before taking part.

Minimum age and supervision requirements apply; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We reserve the right to refuse participation, without refund, to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who behaves unsafely.

8. Liability

Participation in our activities is at your own risk within the safety rules provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axe Throwing Tenerife is not liable for damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or from misuse of the equipment.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos and trademarks) belongs to Axe Throwing Tenerife or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Arona / Santa Cruz de Tenerife, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
