General Conditions
Axe Throwing Tenerife
Zentral Center Shopping Center, Local 15/16, Avenida Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta, 22, 38650 Playa Las Américas, Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
These facilities have been designed for the practice of the following activities:
• Throwing axes at targets,
• Darts,
• Horseshoe toss.
In order to guarantee safe and responsible use, the following rules and conditions must be respected:
Rules of use and safety
1. Personal safety:
• Always maintain an adequate distance from other users.
• Strictly respect the instructions of the establishment staff.
2. Minimum age:
• Access is prohibited to minors under 14 years of age.
• Minors between 14 and 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Conduct and behavior:
• Respectful behavior towards other users, staff and facilities is required.
• Any violent, dangerous behavior or behavior that puts the safety of people or property at risk is strictly prohibited.
4. Responsibility for the use of the material:
• The material provided must be used only for the specified activities and under the instructions of the staff.
• The club is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the material or failure to follow the instructions.
5. Damage to facilities:
• Users will be responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse or failure to comply with safety regulations.
6. Specific prohibitions:
• It is prohibited to manipulate wooden structures or metal grates.
• Circulation is not allowed outside the areas authorized for activities.
• It is prohibited to carry out activities under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications that may affect reflexes or judgment.
7. Personal effects:
• The club is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of personal items within the facilities.
8. Surveillance:
• The facilities are under video surveillance to guarantee the safety of users and the establishment.
9. Acceptance of standards:
• Access to the facilities implies full acceptance of these general conditions.
Reservation and cancellation policy
1. Reservation modifications:
• Change requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• The new schedule will be confirmed only according to the availability of the activity.
• If there is no availability, no refund will be made.
2. Reservation cancellations:
• Refunds will only be possible if informed at least 24 hours in advance before the start of the activity.
• Otherwise, there will be no refund.
3. Lack of attendance:
• If the client does not show up at the reserved time, the activity will be considered completed and no refund will be made.
Liability and exclusions
1. Inherent risks:
• The activities carried out at the facilities include inherent risks. By accepting these conditions, the user assumes these risks and exonerates the club from any liability for personal injuries that are not a direct consequence of staff negligence.
2. Force Majeure:
• The club will not be responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to force majeure (for example, natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
3. Disclaimer:
• The club will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages derived from the use of the facilities or services.
4. Modification of conditions:
• The club reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted on the website and in the facilities.

In accordance with the RGPD (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the LOPD-GDD (Organic Law 3/2018), we inform you that:
