AXE THROWING TENERIFE

1. FACILITY USAGE & SAFETY RULES

1.1 Activities Offered

Axe Throwing Tenerife provides a safe and controlled environment for the following activities:
✅ Axe throwing on professional targets 🪓
✅ Darts on a professional board 🎯
✅ Pixels Darts – Interactive digital dartboard experience 🕹️

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants must follow these rules and conditions:

1.2 Personal Safety & Conduct

1️⃣ Maintain a safe distance from other participants at all times.
2️⃣ Follow staff instructions at all times. Disregarding safety guidelines may result in removal from the premises.
3️⃣ Age Restrictions:

  • Participants must be 14 years or older.
  • Minors aged 14 to 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    4️⃣ Respectful Behavior:
  • Disruptive, aggressive, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Any act that endangers people or property will result in immediate expulsion.
    5️⃣ Equipment Responsibility:
  • All equipment provided must be used exclusively for designated activities and under staff supervision.
  • The venue is not liable for damages caused by improper use of equipment.
    6️⃣ Facility Damage:
  • Participants are liable for any damage caused due to negligence or failure to comply with safety rules.
    7️⃣ Prohibited Actions:
  • Tampering with wooden structures or protective barriers is strictly forbidden.
  • Leaving designated areas is not permitted.
  • Participation under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or impairing medication is strictly prohibited.
    8️⃣ Personal Belongings:
  • Axe Throwing Tenerife is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
    9️⃣ Security & Surveillance:
  • The facility is under video surveillance to ensure the safety of all guests.
    🔟 Acceptance of Rules:
  • Entry into the facility implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Modifications to Bookings

✔ Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Rescheduling is subject to availability. If no slots are available, no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

✔ Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

2.3 No-Show Policy

✔ If a participant fails to attend at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.

3. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

3.1 Inherent Risks

Axe throwing, darts, and interactive digital dart games involve inherent risks. By participating, users acknowledge and accept these risks, waiving liability from the venue except in cases of negligence by staff.

3.2 Force Majeure

The venue is not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions).

3.3 Limitation of Liability

Axe Throwing Tenerife is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of its facilities or services.

3.4 Modification of Terms

Axe Throwing Tenerife reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and within the venue.
